Delivery & Order Terms
The store's delivery and order terms. These must be accepted when placing an order.
Price & Payment
The order price is fixed and will not change, except for tax changes required by law. Full payment must be settled in-store before the delivery date — delivery will not take place without full settlement.
Delivery Time
Domestically-made products: 21-30 estimated business days. Imported products: 60-90 estimated business days. Dates are estimates only and may change.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturers are responsible for their products for one year from the delivery date, subject to Israel's Sale Law.
Order Cancellation
Since the order is made specifically for the customer, cancelling it carries a fee of at least 25% of the order's value.
Ownership Until Full Payment
The product remains the store's property until all payments are fully settled.
Delivery, Assembly & Access
Delivery and assembly are not included in the price and are not the store's responsibility unless agreed in advance for an additional fee. Please specify the floor and access conditions (elevator/stairs) when ordering — depending on location, floor, and access conditions, additional charges may apply.
